What You'll Build

We are looking for a seasoned Senior Technical Product Lead to work on major platform pillars in Business Network Core. This is a technical product management role; expect to define APIs, data models, integrations, user and role management, system behavior, extensibility mechanisms, and reliability/scalability characteristics that power the world’s largest business network and are used daily by millions of companies globally.

You must be comfortable going deep with engineering on architecture discussions, writing PRDs that read like technical specifications, challenging engineering proposals, and clearly articulating complex technical trade-offs to both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Write high-quality, technical PRDs.
• Translate complex business, customer, and compliance requirements into precise, scalable technical requirements.   
• Own the feature roadmap for the assigned product lines and own the respective stack ranks and prioritizations.
• Work with development and design teams to drive end-to-end execution of the product.
• Communicate complex technical topics and trade-offs clearly and confidently to executives, customer-facing teams, and customers. 
• Drive data-driven decisions using platform telemetry, usage patterns, performance metrics, and customer feedback.
• Work hand-in-hand with global architecture, engineering, and product leadership across time zones.

What You'll Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical discipline (Master’s preferred). 
• 10+ years of total experience, with at least 6 years in technical product management and/or hands-on software engineering on enterprise-scale cloud platforms, integration middleware, or B2B platforms. 
• Proven hands-on technical background, you have shipped APIs, integration frameworks, or platform services at scale. 
• Strong knowledge of procurement-to-pay, source-to-pay, and supply chain execution processes and their underlying data flows. 
• Demonstrated ability to participate in technical decisions.
• Experience with SAP solutions or equivalent enterprise systems is a strong plus. 
• Exceptional English communication skills, you present technical roadmaps and defend design decisions to global senior stakeholders regularly. 
• Creative technical problem-solver who challenges assumptions while remaining pragmatic about delivery feasibility. 
• Highly curious, fast learner, thrives in ambiguity, and seamlessly switches between high-level strategy and low-level technical execution. 
• Proven track record of successful collaboration with global, cross-functional, and culturally diverse teams.
