Summary

SAP Commerce Cloud is the flagship product in the SAP Customer Experience (CX) product portfolio with a huge customer base.

 

The Commerce UA team is a diverse group of more than 30 dedicated and skilled UA developers in five locations on three continents. Despite our geographic distribution, we are a close-knit team that is passionate about providing the best quality user assistance exactly when, where, and how our users need it.

 

As part of the User Assistance development team, you are responsible for taking complex information and communicating it in a manner that is easy to consume. You can use documentation, videos, in-app help, infographics, and other deliverables to enable customers. Our team works in a flexible model and has a strong ethos built on integrity, customer-centricity, and innovation. We encourage you to drive content enablement for our cloud solutions.

 

The Role

· Create high-quality user assistance (UA) deliverables for a range of solutions within SAP Commerce Cloud.

· Participate in and drive innovative projects to improve UA deliverables, processes, and content.

· Work closely with product management and development to deliver content that is clear, concise, and accurate.

· Proactively acquire product knowledge and learn new skills emerging in user assistance and share your learnings with the team.

· Gather feedback on deliverables from customers and other stakeholders and continuously improve content.

· Be the advocate for user experience in your interactions with product management, development, and UX teams.

 

Education Qualification/Skills and Competencies

  • 5 - 10 years of experience in information development or technical writing
  • A university degree, preferably in Bachelor of Engineering
  • First language proficiency in English with excellent communication, writing, and grammar skills
  • Working knowledge of DITA content management system
  • Experience working in Agile environment
  • Knowledge of documenting APIs and integration content
  • Experience working on multimedia content
  • Willingness to quickly adapt to change and acquire knowledge
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a diverse global team
