We are looking for a talented Senior UX Designer with strong expertise in designing SAP Fiori compliant user interfaces. In this role, you will be part of the SAP Sustainability Control Tower (SCT) team based in Bangalore, one of the core global teams building this strategic SaaS offering.

SCT enables organizations to track, analyse, and act on their sustainability performance, helping them make informed decisions for a more sustainable future. You will contribute to creating intuitive, user-centric experiences for a product that directly supports global environmental and sustainability goals.

The ideal candidate is passionate about purposeful design, has hands-on experience crafting enterprise-grade UX, and can collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams across product, engineering, and sustainability domains.

What you’ll build

• Design Enterprise-Grade Experiences: Create intuitive, SAP Fiori-compliant user interfaces that simplify complex sustainability data for global organizations.
• Build End-to-End UX Flows: Develop comprehensive user journeys, high-fidelity UI designs, and interactive prototypes that define how users navigate critical sustainability processes.
• Translate Insights into Design: Transform research findings and user feedback into thoughtful design solutions that improve usability and support informed decision-making.
• Improve Sustainability Operations: Shape tools that directly influence how companies track, manage, and optimize their sustainability performance at scale.
• Streamline Workflows: Enhance efficiency across SCT applications by identifying friction points and designing interfaces that enable smoother, more intuitive interactions.
• Elevate User Experience: Drive consistency and quality across the SCT product suite, ensuring a cohesive and impactful experience for enterprise users.

What you bring

• At least 5 years of proven experience in designing for complex software products, user experience, and interaction design with a proven track record to simplify complex information.
• Strong foundation in UX design principles with hands-on experience creating SAP Fiori-compliant interfaces for enterprise applications.
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma), with the ability to craft clear wireframes, user journeys, and interactive prototypes.
• Experience conducting user research and usability testing, and translating insights into meaningful design improvements.
• Solid understanding of responsive design, accessibility standards, and working within design systems and component libraries.
• Familiarity with SAPUI5 or front-end implementation considerations is an advantage.
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, communicate design decisions clearly, and navigate complex requirements.
• A mindset geared toward simplifying complexity, balancing user needs with business goals, and contributing actively in fast-paced environments.
• Growth-oriented attitude, curiosity, and a strong drive for continuous learning and improvement.
