Solution Architect - SAP Business Network Product Success

What you'll build
 
•    You will work closely with customers, system integrators, SAP Customer Success, SAP product managers, and SAP engineers. 
•    You will exhibit deep software architecture expertise and create high-quality solutions for customers. This will involve working with customers on concepts, and then at a deeper technical level by performing your own PoCs, trying things out, writing scripts, testing if things really work as promised or expected, and recording demos of end-to-end scenarios.
•    You will help to successfully implement customers, drive customers to adopt / consume our solutions, and increase utilization of those solutions.
•    You will collect and analyze qualitative and quantitative data from your customer engagements, then present insights and recommendations to product management to improve product strategy and decision making.
•    You will create and publish customer and partner-facing content that will describe best practices, provide tips and tricks for successful product implementation, and create a sense of community for professionals working in and around our products and solutions.
•    During customer engagements, you will support the creation of a combined product vision of SAP Business Network and other SAP products and partner solutions.
•    You will be involved in customer escalations, working with colleagues, partners, and SAP executives to manage and resolve.
 
What you bring
 
•    Minimum of 5 – 6 years of experience as a consultant, developer, or support engineer in one or more of the areas mentioned above. 
•    Advanced understanding of S/4 TM, S/4 Plant Maintenance, SAP ERP, SAP Ariba Solutions, and the SAP Business Network Technical Architectures.
•    SAP Certifications in any of the following solutions: SAP Business Network for Supply Chain, SAP Business Network for Procurement, SAP Ariba Integration with Cloud Integration Gateway, SAP Ariba Supplier Management, SAP IBP for Supply Chain, Transportation Management in SAP S/4 HANA, SAP Integration Suite.
•    A strong technical background (e.g., experienced in reviewing configuration, testing, issue replication, troubleshooting). You are not afraid of getting into a technical discussion with our developers.
•    Experience in technical integration to SAP Business Network, general middleware concepts, and REST APIs.
•    Demonstrated executive presence and experience presenting to executive audiences as part of a broader practical experience working directly with large enterprise customers, SAP implementation projects, service deliveries and/or project management.
•    Experience working well in a team-based environment, including strong collaboration with co-workers and a deep appreciation of the importance of communication and feedback. 
•    Ability to work under pressure, in critical situations and under tight deadlines while bringing strong interpersonal communication and facilitation skills.
•    Ability to take ownership of requests, to drill down into technical issues, troubleshoot and solve complex and detailed problems. 
•    Ability to deliver clear, concise presentations and present complex information in a clear and precise manner.
•    Willingness and ability to travel to customers.
•    Fluent English
