SUMMARY

SAP’s key customers continuously extend and adapt their IT infrastructure and processes, to better serve evolving business needs while reducing cost and risk at the same time. SAP’s Digital Business Services organization enables SAP’s customers to consume SAP’s recent innovations centered on a future-proof “digital core” SAP S/4HANA and modern next-generation cloud solutions as well as the SAP HANA Platform, and to effectively manage the transition from today’s IT architecture. 

The core task of the Center of Expertise is to support customers with premium engagement contracts through targeted service delivery. Our experts support customers in the planning and design phase, analyze and solve critical problems and offer reliable quality assurance of the results and the action plan created. The provision of specialist expertise as part of escalations round off our core areas of responsibility.  

 

THE ROLE

The following tasks await you in your new role: 

  • Application of the functional expertise for the digital transformation of our customers  
  • Design Customer Processes, Configuration of the system and Identification of gaps; designing custom processes   
  • High willingness to learn in the areas of new innovations and should keep abreast of relevant new SAP features / releases. 
  • Analyze business processes including root cause analysis and technical performance optimization. 

 

ROLE REQUIREMENT

Work Experience

•    At least 3 to 5 years of SuccessFactors / SAP ECC (On-premise) implementation experience or support experience.
•    A minimum of 1 full cycle SuccessFactors project implementations.
•    Strong SAP SuccessFactors know how.
•    Exposure to SAP ECC implementation project / support assignments is desirable.
•    Ability to drill down into technical issues and solve complex and detailed problems.
•    Ability to deliver clear, concise presentations and present complex information in a clear and precise manner.
•    Proven record in understanding application and business requirements and delivering results to stakeholders’ satisfaction.
•    Self-Driven in understanding new topics, commitment in execution of assigned tasks

Education and Qualification/Skills and Competencies 

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent. Additional qualifications related to Human Resources will be an advantage. 
  • Expertise in sap HCM / SF and related business processes including integration with related modules (Payroll, Finance etc.). 
  • Strong interest to learn new modules   
  • Exposure to ERP and S4HANA products / landscapes will be an added advantage 
  • Good communication ability in english
