SAP S4HANA Sales is an order to cash business process in ERP which helps customers in managing Sales & Distribution activities of an organization.  
 
THE ROLE 
As part of SAP Product Support, you will be working on supporting our customers who are using SAP ECC & S4HANA Business Partner along with Customer & Vendor Master data and in Logistics Execution area. Primarily, you would be handling their issues related to Business Partner, Customer / Vendor Master, BP replications with other SAP & non-SAP systems, Logistics Execution (Shipping, WM, HU, Transportation) and their configurations with many more tasks as below: 

  • Analyze and resolve customer issues  
  • Perform root cause analysis and provide solutions for customer problems 
  • Provide direct technical assistance for customers via our Customer Service System  
  • (ABAP debugging, Fiori analysis, verifying of complex customizing) 
  • Work effectively with colleagues and customers from all around the world 
  • Recommend known technical solutions and develop workarounds for corrective action 
  • Extend the internal and external Knowledge Base 
  • Act as a customer advocate by working directly with customers on high priority issues to deliver timely resolution and capture customer feedback to influence process/product improvements. 

 

ROLE REQUIREMENTS 

  • 3-5 years of experience in ERP SD & SAP S/4HANA Sales module   
  • Experience in S/4HANA Migration from BP, Customer / Vendor Master Data perspective, CVI and Data replication using iDocs/ web services / Odata mechanism 
  • Experience in Logistics Execution (Outbound & Inbound movements, Transfer order, Shipment) 
  • ABAP Programming skills 
  • Strong problem solving, organizational, and analytical skills 
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks or projects with changing priorities. Enjoys and thrives on performing multiple tasks and responsibilities at once 
  • Knowledge of logistics and production processes is an advantage 
  • Strong ability to capture a complete and accurate problem/symptom description of reported issues 
  • Ability to successfully troubleshoot and narrow down reported issues, identify root causes, and find creative solutions to effectively address customer concerns. 
  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills. Strong ability to listen to and work with customers in real-time to resolve issues 
  • Can do attitude and team player 

 

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS 
Bachelor's Degree or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or any Engineering discipline
