Success Factor Support Associate – Product Support People

SAP Product Support People is a global organization of more than 2000 people who handle customer support cases (24x7), provide proactive services, and share knowledge with customers to deliver first-class support for the complete SAP portfolio.

The role description below lists the primary responsibilities for a Support Associate as part of the SAP

Product Support Bangalore/Gurgram team.

 

EXPECTATIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

 

Key responsibilities include:

1) Case handling

  • Resolve known errors by means of SAP Notes, Knowledge Base articles, solved customer incidents,documentation, WIKI, or verifying customized entries or hardware parameters
  • Create Supportability tools which helps customer to identify the problem proactively.
  • Perform root cause analysis and provide solutions
  • Achieve a good level of customer satisfaction
  • Attend e-Learning Lessons, Remote Learning Sessions, Classroom Training and Coaching

2) Additional Tasks

• Report errors to development organizations

• Participate in Knowledge Management (WIKI content, Knowledge Base Articles)

 

IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE

  • Minimum 2 yesrs of Success Factor Experience
  • Software Engineering, or an Engineering discipline
  • Problem Solving & Good Communication Skills
  • Willingness to take the initiative to contribute beyond your own responsibilities
  • Knowledge of Success Factor Talent(PM/GM, Compensation, Succession/CDP) is added advantage.
