Summary

 A Technical Consultant in SAP Concur is responsible for assisting customers and project teams in implementing Concur Travel and Expense Management SaaS applications.

 This role sits within the Global Services Group (STS) within SAP Concur and is based in Bangalore, supporting North American customers. Shifts Mandatory.

 Roles & Responsibilities

• Install, configure, integrate, and test SAP Concur software for client implementations

• Manage technical configuration of customer environments, including integration, interfaces, and technical settings.

• Collaborate with project managers, solution consultants, and sales to complete project milestones and transition clients to production

. • Deliver technical expertise on integration, feeds, loads, extracts, SSO, and system performance.

• Handle setup and scheduling of interfaces and system jobs, including secure data exchange (FTP/PGP).

• Troubleshoot imports, system jobs, and data integration issues.

• Maintain environments throughout implementation lifecycle (Configuration, Test, Production).

• Lead client training and knowledge transfer sessions.

• Support client testing cycles and provide recommendations for complex issues.

• Migrate configurations between test and production environments.

• Communicate status and progress regularly with project managers.

Skills & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent technical work experience

. • Basic MS SQL skills, experience with FTP/PGP file encryption, and strong knowledge of flat files, XML, and Excel.

• Understanding of data format conversion, SAML SSO technologies, ERP/HR systems integration, and cloud environments.

• Basic accounting principles and project management experience.

• Experience with major credit card provider data, banking gateways, and business travel data.

• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, communication, and presentation skills

 • Ability to work independently, prioritize workload, and learn new concepts quickly.

• Must be able to pass a background check.
