Summary

Cloud & Lifecycle Management (CLM) is recognized as one of the most essential topics to our product success and also as key differentiator in the market.As part of Cloud & Lifecycle Management, Software Logistics enables many key aspects in the lifecycle of a given product, such as system installation, update, upgrade, shipping corrections, service packs, functionality enhancements, and technical configuration of SAP systems. Our mission is to provide customers with high quality and easy-to-use tools and procedures, thus ensuring peak system operations at an overall low TCO (Total Cost of Ownership).Technical writing of the tools and services developed is a key function to assist users (internal as also external customers/partners) for its success.

 

Role

We are looking for a highly motivated and talented Technical Writer / User Assistance Developer, joining the Bangalore development team.

  • Creating and delivering & publishing Help documentation and Built-In Learning content as also release notes/documentations.

  • Handling documentation and other Knowledge Management deliverables in various portals/forums like SCN.

  • Supporting the SAP Field organization, Solution & Product Management, Development, and partners with your knowledge and writing skill.

 

Role Requirement

  • University degree in Technical Writing, or a Bachelor in Engineering, or a language-based university degree.

  • 3-6 years of professional experience in technical writing

  • Passed or is ready to take the Language Proficiency and Technical Writing Test at SAP.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to explain complex concepts in an understandable manner.

  • Preferably finished schooling with English as the first language.

  • Self-motivated, self-driven, curious, open minded, resourceful and flexible with the ability to learn quickly

  • Work with high integrity
