As part of the SAP BTP Experience (BTPX) organization, you shape the future of SAP’s next generation industry-leading cloud platform products (SAP BTP). We offer a highly collaborative team environment with a strong focus on learning, recognition for initiative, and individual contributions. Your planned focus area will be the SAP Build Process Automation ecosystem, a low-code/no-code solution to adapt, improve, and innovate business processes with no-code workflow management and robotic process automation capabilities. 

What you'll build: 

• As a UA Developer in the SAP BTP User Assistance team, you'll create and maintain high-quality documentation, including product documentation, videos, community content, and tutorials. 
• You'll collaborate closely with developers, UX teams, and central UA enablement through agile cooperation and co-creation workflows, helping shift routine content ownership to engineering while focusing on high-impact conceptual and scenario-based materials. 
• You will help us drive the UA transformation by adopting AI-enabled workflows for drafting, consistency checks, and analytics to boost productivity.
• Your outcome-focused documentation will accelerate BTP adoption, reduce support friction, and empower developers to build faster on SAP's cloud platform. 

What you bring: 

• 4+ years of experience in creating product documentation, technical writing, UX writing, or brand/marketing communication 
• Familiar with content tooling (e.g. DITA)  
• Experience with facilitating meetings and collaborative (agile) working 
• Proficiency with AI-supported content workflows to boost productivity while maintaining quality 
• Experience in creating reference documentation and guides/tutorials for developers is a plus 
• Profound knowledge of business applications, cloud software, or developer platforms is a big plus 
• Ability to communicate complex technical ideas clearly to broad audiences 
• Fluency in English
