As SAP Procurement Product Team, our mission is to provide the world’s leading cloud-based spend management solution, unifying the SAP Procurement portfolio across SAP S/4HANA, SAP Ariba Applications & Business Network, and SAP Fieldglass. We make a strong effort to integrate complex processes for buying goods and services into a unified platform that efficiently handles sourcing, payment, and everything in between. To strengthen further our team, we are looking for a UX design specialist.


  • Work with Product Management and Development, the Designer will materialize a product vision that melds business owner/PM objectives and continuous user research into a compelling user experience.
  • Work with Product Managers, business owners, and engineering to understand end-user requirements.
  • Design as a stakeholder in an agile development process that values close collaboration between disciplines.
  • Design and deliver interaction flows and screen mockups in a from sketches to prototypes.
  • Support processes for gathering customer feedback and iterating prototypes. Evangelize UCD principles to the stakeholders.
  • Work as part of a larger multi-disciplinary team that includes Product Management, engineering, documentation and training.


  • 4+ years of solid track record designing sophisticated web applications and service sites like online banking, shopping, social networking with Bachelors or Masters Degree in Visual Design, Interaction Design, HCI or equivalent.
  • Exceptional portfolio of work that demonstrates elegant workflow solutions.
  • Ability to collaborate actively and effectively on multidisciplinary teams and deep understanding of and
  • commitment to user-centered design principles and methods
  • Strong design aesthetic and skills, e.g., sketching, storyboarding, producing quality UIs with sensitivity to task flow/interactivity and layout.
  • Familiarity with Internet development technologies and tools (e.g., HTML, CSS, databases, Sketch)
  • Ability to meet ambitious deadlines and deliver high-quality work on schedule
