Windows Administrator - Cloud Expert(AWS/GCP/Azure)

About the Team:

SAP Enterprise Cloud Services (ECS) is SAP’s private cloud managed services provider demonstrating accelerated growth & enabling customers start their journey with cloud.

We are searching for motivated, skilled, and value-oriented technical project leads taking over responsibility as Customer Service Request Owner with focus on driving service request improvements, technical projects to optimize service execution quality via standardization and automation to strengthen our ECS Delivery Productization team

What you bring: 

• Good  knowledge and experience on Windows 2008/window2012/Windows2016/Windows2019 server administration and troubleshooting with an experience range of 8-10 years
• Good  knowledge and experience on Microsoft Active Directory services on windows2008 and 2012
• Good  knowledge and experience on managing Domain controller/DNS/DHCP/Group Policy/AD replication
• Familiar with Windows cluster, windows server security patching process
• Knowledge on Multiple vsphere version. Eg: Vsphere 5.x, 6.x
• Familiar with Vmotion, DRS, HA
• Familiar with Cloning, Templates, Snapshot, etc
• Candidate should have prior knowledge and work experience in ITIL processes.

What you'll do: 

• Good  knowledge on Cloud infrastructure with Vmware as the infrastructure is essential
• Candidate should have ITIL Foundation certification. Candidate should have prior knowledge and work experience in ITIL processes.
• Candidate should have fair knowledge on various server hardware and should posses knowledge/work experience working with vendors, firmware upgrades etc.
• Clean-up of un-used instances / snapshots
• Good Knowledge on Multiple vsphere version. Eg: Vsphere 5.x, 6.x
• Familiar with Vmotion, DRS, HA
• Familiar with Cloning, Templates, Snapshot, etc
• Deployment of VM's using the templates.
• Configuration of VM's. Eg: Add / Remove - CPU, Memory, other hardwares
• Knowledge on the Susee linux Versions
• Knowledge on the multiple Windows Versions
