The primary responsibility of the Content Management Strategist is to support sales organization in building multi-touch customer engagement sequences aligned with the business priorities in order to generate opportunities and incremental revenue.


The Content Management Strategist is responsible for executing the content strategy leveraging Marketing ressources and innovative tools to engage with customers and NNN.




Duration: 6 months with possibility to extend 

Start date: 1st or 15th of the month


DG Content Execution:

▪ Business acumen

  • Demonstrates an deep understanding of how to translate business strategy and objectives into effective content.
  • Deep understanding of the customer/buyer's journey and respective audience information needs by journey. Utilizes audience research, intelligence and segmentation to identify appropriate content
  • Leverages the buyer's journey to map existing content and related, assets, and identify gaps
  • Acquire an understanding of the whole range of SAP’s Cloud strategy, Solution Portfolio, including positioning and messaging


▪ DG Execution

  • Plan an editorial content calendar aligned with Demand Managers´s requests
  • Discovers and gathers (curates) relevant, high-quality digital content on a particular topic from a variety of sources and presents it in a meaningful and organized manner
  • Execute on Demand Generation programs defined by Demand Managers to attract the attention of new buyers and influencers, build demand, influence existing pipeline and support Demand Managers to drive adoption.
  • Proposes executable customer engagement sequences leveraging the sales engagement platform Outreach from content curation to delivery.
  • Coordinate localization of content together with local AEs and SDEs
  • Set up and run Sprints enablement sessions with recurrence dedicated to Account Executives and Sales Development Executives.
  • Encourage and promote sequences available to ensure adoption


▪ Data and Performance Management

  • Leverage users´feedbacks and data insights to derive and optimize content quality, optimize resources and propose investments.


▪ Channel & Ecosystem - Understand the importance of different routes-to-market and integrate ecosystem and channel into content planning and demand generation execution strategy, Team Success


▪ Team Collaboration :

  • Liaise with Marketing, Sales and Presales to orchestrate demand generation activities
  • Encourage effective teamwork & autonomy by providing support and creating a climate of collaboration & trust
  • Communicates relevant messages in a timely manner and with constructive feedback to cross functional colleagues & managers


▪ Influence skills :

  • Can interact and achieve results in a multiple and senior stakeholder management
  • Ensure trust, transparent decision making, open feedback, and activities which increase diverse teams´ engagement
  • Build strong connections with Global content responsible to get feedback and influence content.
  • Create network with other regions and LoB to learn best practices and share intentionally ours.



  • Between 3 and 5 years of of related experience preferably in the new technologies industry
  • Project management (small to medium-scaled projects)
  • Understand Digital sales motion through Business development and/or sales experience
  • Is proficient in leveraging different digital tools & techniques ( ex : Outreach, Consensus/IRIS , Powerpoint, Mural, Xmind, Camtasia)
  • Usage of the sales engagement platform is a plus.
  • Working in a team environment

  • Strong Communicator - able to listen, motivate, and transparently communicate decisions clearly and simply. High proficiency in English both oral and written. Spanish, Italian, Turkish and/or Arabic knowledge can be a plus.
