The Digital Deal Strategy team helps account executives at SAP be more productive, increase our opportunity win rates and time-to-revenue. Employees working in this team usually have former sales experience and feel comfortable managing complex deals externally (with Partners & Customers) and internally (with SAP stakeholders).  


As a Digital Deal Strategy (Senior) Specialist, you will work on the team that supports our sales team in complex deals by helping grow SAP’s Cloud ERP footprint plus accompanied SAP BTP & Line of Business solutions in NNN & IB across all industries, working with SAP & Partners resources, as well as Customers. 



These are some of the responsibilities you will have: 

  • Support the enablement and mentorship of account executives on complex quotation management, processes, and systems 

  • Help translate the customers' business requirements into the right product offering (bill of materials), sizing, as well as terms & conditions 

  • Liaise with other SAP teams (i.e.: Deal desk, legal, etc.) when specialized support is needed to guarantee the right contract terms and customer experience 

  • Helps to accelerated sales cycles by mapping offerings with business case, ROI and TCO value views, Cloud Extension and Conversion Policy and calculation alternatives 

  • Provides sales quality insurance and support for controlled Public SAP Digital is one of the leading and most innovative teams in the company, aimed at delivering exceptional customer experiences in a scalable, speedy, and personalized fashion. The purpose of the organization is to support the Customer Success board area with a broad range of services and methodologies across the customer journey to guarantee the acquisition of net-new customers and the successful adoption and expansion of our products.   • Provides enablement, coaching and digital self-services to partners to scale SAP´s capacity and to increase self-sufficiency of the partners to increase conversion rates by professionalism in deal architecture 

  • Constantly listen to business to identify innovations, strong sales support services to scale, drive volume, velocity and growth  



  • Bachelor's degree in any field from an accredited university, with preference for Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field 

  • 4+ years of experience in enterprise software sales, sales enablement, business development, software industry operations, or related area is required 

  • Knowledge of Cloud technology (SaaS, DaaS, PaaS) in B2B environments 

  • Polished professionalism with above-average organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills 

  • Strong presentation skills as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills 

  • Proficiency with MS Office and Teams, experience in SAP Harmony is a plus 

  • Passion for structured and agile working in a digital tech sales environment 

  • Strong work ethic: Team player, self-starter, high energy, and results oriented 

  • Strong communication skills in English and German. Additional language skills from the regional CEE area is a plus.
