In this role, you’ll be:
•    Streamlining & standardizing processes’ objectives and priorities inside the sales engineer team 
•    Performing regular process data analysis, monitor KPIs, and documentation reviews to identify continuous service improvement opportunities
•    Support in measuring and evaluating Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and supporting metrics – especially, data collection, processing and reporting
•    Support running, adapting and evolving reporting and operations
•    Support creation of dashboards to analyze performance and identify patterns
•    Support event planning process and impact monitoring of events
•    Create internal guides and work on process improvements in the area of data management and organizational performance management
•    Ad-hoc reporting and creation of presentations/summaries for leadership team and key stakeholders
•    Working in collaboration with all stakeholders, decision makers & key participants in full transparency 


What you bring:

•    Industrial Engineering, Economics or comparable
•    referably understanding Cloud Technology
•    Project Management basic knowledge
•    High level of spoken and written English
•    Strong communication and organizational skills

 

Position requirements

•    Strong knowledge of MS-Office suite – especially, advanced skills in MS Excel
•    Proactive and self-dependent working style, goal-orientation, self-driven and motivated
•    Analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to details
•    Interest in software and technology – first familiarity of/willingnes to learn using SAP products (SAC) fast and work independently with them after a short time
•    Quick understanding and adaptability of new tools/systems
•    Fluent in English (spoken & written)

 

Educational requirements
Conducting your bachelor’s/master’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Communication or related field.
