What you'll do:
The purpose of this position is to extend SAP Signavio market coverage by building and nurturing a pipeline of sales opportunities and incremental revenue aligned with the Sales and Marketing teams. In this role, you will:
    • Qualify leads received from marketing or other organizations and nurture opportunities.
    • Generate incremental opportunities through social selling, strategic, and targeted prospecting into companies.
    • Manage opportunities to ensure a seamless transition to implementation and account development.
    • Handover qualified opportunities to sales with high quality, ensuring the best customer experience.
    • Provide relationship management support and activity management via telephone, email, and web to ensure customer satisfaction and goal achievement.
    • Build and execute strategic outbound campaigns to obtain additional leads.

 

Key Responsibilities:
    • Coordinate closely with SAP Signavio Accounts Executives and Industry Account Executives to drive new and incremental pipeline or sales qualified leads for the SAP Signavio portfolio.
    • Assess target markets, identify prospects, and gather intelligence to develop the best communication strategy.
    • Help position our competitive advantage to prospects to leverage SAP Signavio solutions.
    • Align with SAP Signavio Account Executives to develop a unified demand generation framework.
    • Take part in the development, documentation, and communication of Demand Generation plans, ensuring transparency to all stakeholders.
    • Utilize best practices to drive repeatable demand generation successes.
    • Work closely with Field Marketing to understand inbound leads and drive follow-up activities.

 

What you bring:
We are looking for self-driven representatives with a passion for sales and marketing. Our ideal candidate has:
    • A recent bachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration, management, sales, marketing, data management, digital transformation, or a similar field.
    • 1-3 years of experience in a Demand Generation or Inside Sales environment.
    • Previous experience covering the UKI market.
    • Fluency in English essential
    • Exceptional problem-solving and listening skills to understand and prioritize customer needs.
    • An ability to work well within a team and adapt quickly to new situations.
    • A self-driven approach with a strong motivation to make an impact.

In this role, you will be part of the SAP Signavio team, a group dedicated to revolutionizing the way businesses approach their processes. As a Sales Development Associate, you will play a vital role in driving intelligent business transformation with live insights. Your primary task will be to generate new and incremental pipeline (sales qualified leads and opportunities) for the SAP Signavio portfolio. Candidates need to be motivated, organized, driven, and have proven success in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who works well under pressure while managing and prioritizing multiple sales campaigns simultaneously. Excellent communication and organizational skills, approachability, proactiveness, and attention to detail are critical for success in this role.

 

Location: We commit to flexible working schedules around business requirements and individual needs. SAP’s employees across different regions are enabled to do their best job with the right mix of office and remote work according to country-specific guidelines and regulations. In general, our hybrid work setup consists of three days a week in the office or on-site with customers or partners. This position will be based in Barcelona (Spain) location. Relocation assistance will not be provided.
