What You'll Do:

 

As a SAP SuccessFactors Digital Solution Advisor, you will be responsible for:

 

  • Showcasing SAP solutions and services that are strategically aligned with the customer's challenges and opportunities, ensuring they understand the potential of our offerings.
  • Advising customers on solution selection, qualification criteria, and progressing deals to secure business opportunities.
  • Engaging early in the sales process to achieve optimal pipeline coverage and ensure customer needs are thoroughly considered.
  • Running all opportunities with a "digital first" approach, leveraging digital technologies and platforms throughout the sales process.
  • Utilising established templates and standardised assets to drive efficiency and consistency in the sales process.
  • Providing assets that foster knowledge sharing and promote collective learning within the team.
  • Partnering with Digital Sales for quarterly business reviews and sales planning activities.
  • Collaborating with the Digital Value Advisory team to ensure effective customer engagement and partnership.
  • Focusing on post-sales handover to drive renewals and customer growth through enhanced service offerings.

 

What You Bring:

 

The ideal candidate will have:

 

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in SAP SuccessFactors.
  • Native proficiency in Italian
  • Fluency in English.
  • An ability to speak Spanish is a distinct advantage, although not essential.
  • High proficiency in digital technologies and strong customer focus.
  • A track record of excellence in a solutions advisory role.
  • Excellent collaboration and partnership skills.
