About the team:
The Digital customer segment is one of the most important growth engines for SAP – one that has consistently been growing at double digit growth. To capitalize SAP’s market potential, we formed a new Global Digital organization to focus on scaling our reach and support to customers in cross-segment leveraging digital modalities in revamped Digital Hubs around the world.

As part of the SAP Digital organization, the SAP Global Demand Management team is responsible for defining and orchestrating Demand practices with our regional execution teams, so that SAP has the necessary pipeline coverage for SAP Sales Quota Carriers to execute on and achieve SAP revenue goals. 

In this role, you will provide administrative management support to the SAP Global Demand Management teams. You will be responsible for the overall operation of daily office functions and duties, as well as administrational support in various strategic projects and reporting activities, and more independent collaboration with other departments.

 

What you’ll do:

 

Position title: SAP iXp Intern - Management Support Associate
Location: Barcelona, Spain
Expected start date: November, December, January 24

 

In this role, you’ll:

  • Support the SAP Global Demand Management team execution of day-to-day operations 
  • Provide secretarial duties across all areas of the business for the SAP Global Demand Management leadership team, including but not limited to:
  • Maintain up-to-date filing and reference systems, assists in accounting and reporting activities
  • Arrange business travel, supports agenda management and expense tracking
  • Provide administrative support for strategic projects having SAP Executive Board visibility
  • Support SAP Global Demand Management transformation program execution across various Regions and Market Units, in particular:  
  • Maintain and track status of transformation program actions against the timelines in alignment with global leadership.
  • Lead selected project tasks such as running select meetings governance, preparing leadership meetings and ensure appropriate follow-up.
  • Manage correspondence and prepares documentation as required by the team.
  • Support the execution of communication activities on behalf of the SAP Global Demand Management team.
  • Under SAP Global Demand Management leadership supervision: coordinate on-site programs and events for the team. 
  • Over time, coordinate and execute cross-organizational projects and special ad-hoc tasks, in collaboration with various staff and departments.
