About the SAP Internship Experience Program

What you'll do

As a Sales Development Intern, your primary role is to:

• Support the team in building a robust pipeline and uncover new opportunities for our field sales organization within SuccessFactors as part of the Human Experience Management (HXM) field.
• Be the connecting link between sales and marketing departments, helping develop both inbound and outbound leads, profiling accounts before pitching this information to our field sales colleagues.
• Build pipeline by setting qualified meetings with prospects for our Account Executives.
• Identify target accounts, profile and engage key decision makers and influencers via phone, email, LinkedIn using innovative digital tools and technologies.
• Develop creative strategies for engaging and nurturing prospects.
• Meet daily activity Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

What you bring

• Enjoys working on meaningful projects and is energized by lifelong learning.
• Is articulate, ambitious, goal-oriented, and success-driven.
• Has strong problem-solving and listening skills to identify and prioritize customer needs.
• Works well in a team setting with the ability to learn and adapt quickly.
• Has an excellent Business English and at least one of the following languages:
