PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES

The Global Center of Expertise (CoE) is a division of Intelligent Delivery Group under SAP Customer Success. Our mission is to deliver world-class engineering services to strategically support SAP’s premium-level customers.

CoE Support Consultants provide a meticulous service to SAP’s largest customers operating on the most complex SAP landscapes. They interact with individuals at every level of the customer’s organization, from subject matter experts to executives, in order to meet the customer’s needs.

The CoE Business Consultant is a demanding role that requires passionate individuals with the strongest technical expertise and excellent analytical and communication skills. In this role, you will be tasked with planning, architecting, analyzing, optimizing, prototyping, and safeguarding our customers’ SAP solutions. You will provide essential services and mission critical support to help SAP customers realize their digital transformation agenda and ensure business continuity during solution implementations. You will also oversee the smooth operation of SAP software and the optimal technical performance of all business processes.

In the Global Center of Expertise, you will have the opportunity to work on the cutting-edge of digital innovation including the latest technologies like SAP Analytics Cloud, SAP Datasphere, etc.

EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS

• Support local and international key accounts through whole lifecycle of projects by delivering onsite and/or remote services, e.g., business analysis, risk assessments, technical and functional business process improvement, and system operations.
• Ability to write technical design specifications based on functional design specification according to customer requirements; Testing and debugging of applications based on test cases; Manage critical customer situations.
• Participate in onsite and remote service delivery for customers in Asia Pacific, Europe, U.S. and Latin America.
• Optimize SAP solutions through continuous improvements over a product’s lifecycle.
• Deliver knowledge transfer sessions to customers.

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

• Bachelor’s degree or above in major of Computer Science, Software Engineering, or other IT / STEM related, second major in Finance is a plus
• 2023/2024 fresh graduate or 1-3 year working experience in Data&Analytics or ESG related jobs
• Intern or working experience in IT (SAP) projects or consulting projects is a plus
• Experience of using SQL, ABAP, HTML5, R scripting is a plus
• Be able to communicate fluently in English is a must, while Japanese/Korean/German language skill would be a plus
• Detail-oriented, excellent analytical skills and effective problem-solving skills
• Strong and convincing personality for interaction with customers
• Ability to work under pressure and multi-tasking
• A real team player with initiative and 'can do' attitude who learns and adapts quickly in an international environment
• Enjoy working in a diverse cultural environment and work oversea
