EXPERIENCE & ROLE REQUIREMENTS

  • Provide renewal analysis to MUs, maintain knowledge in commercial metrics and forecasting principles, support on the alignment of transactional steps related to renewals and replacements.
  • Leverage internal SAP networks to navigate cross-functionally and regionally.
  • Possess knowledge of SAP Cloud Terms and Conditions.
  • Understand and maintain the health measurement to Cloud business
  • Assist to drive NPS and revenue retention program

 

REQUIRED SKILLS

  • Possess strong analytical skills and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent ability and skills of Microsoft Excel/Power Point  
  • Strong interpersonal skills: team player and consensus-builder, proactive networking attributes, execution focus, and ability to drive change
  • Ability to work flexibly, understanding that at key times some out of office hours work may be required

 

WORK EXPERIENCE/ EDUCATION

  •  4  years(at least) of professional working experience; Experience working within operations/business development/Finance related fields is an advantage;
  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent comparable experience
  • English: Fluent
