What you`ll do:
Set standards for cross-unit IT Compliance and Governance (SOX Compliance, ISO Standards, IT Security, IT Risk Management) in a on premise and cloud environment and engage with relevant stakeholder considering a broad variety of our Product Portfolio including new Cloud technologies and AI.
Prepare and support internal and external audits covering the defined IT scope with respect to Quality, Security and Business Continuity, SOX and Financial Statement Audit relevant Systems.
- Develop & Communicate Audit Schedules for CP&IT
- Plan & Develop a suitable Audit Timeline (incl. all Audit Parties)
- Communicate Audit Timeline to all involved Stakeholders
- Preparation of Audit Sessions
- Conduct Kick-off & General Awareness Sessions
- Send Invites to all involved Stakeholder
- Participate in Audit Sessions with all involved Stakeholder
- Oversee changes in Control Framework
- Share Control Framework with Auditor
- Track Audit progress & Reporting
- Track if Audit Requests are followed by IT CCO
Gather and raise improvement needs from Audits, Process Managers and organizational and technological changes. Track improvements and support / escalate on a need & priority base.
What you bring:
- Master’s or Bachelor´s degree or equivalents in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field with sufficient working experience
- Strong customer focus, business acumen and business as well as IT process knowledge
- Profound knowledge in IT (Methods, Tools and Processes)
- Background in SAP product technologies (e.g. authorizations, configuration across different solutions) is a plus (not mandatory) as well as experience with regulatory affairs, corporate and financial governance as well as IT certifications (ISO 9001, ISO 27001, ISO 22301)
- Fluency in English
