What you'll do:
As a Content Design Ops, Program Manager at SAP, you'll support a team that specializes in creating onboarding and continued learning experiences using the WalkMe platform. Your role is focused on managing schedules, assignments, and stakeholders to keep the initiative running smoothly. You’ll also be a key player in building out strategic foundations for a strong content design practice at SAP by interacting with stakeholders from across the company.
What you bring:
You bring a background in content design along with experience in program or project management. You have a knack for providing clarity in complex situations and managing cross functional stakeholders. You have a good understanding how content interacts with business strategy.

You have a high-level, holistic, and human-centered view of content’s role in the customer experience and can articulate the importance of content in how a customer interacts with a product or service.

You have worked closely with design systems teams to ensure that content is included in the design system.

You are skilled in building cross-functional alignment on content strategy

You have a passion for innovation and a desire to push the boundaries of content design to elevate experiences to a new level.

7+ years of experience in content design, UX writing, technical writing, or content strategy; relevant experience managing projects.

Bachelor's degree in English, Technical Writing, Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related technical field such as Computer Science or Design

PMP certification preferred, but not required.
Expectations and tasks:

Program Management: Develop and implement strategic plans to scale our content design operations, including roadmaps, resource allocation, and cross-functional team coordination.

Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure alignment on content design goals and strategies.

Governance: Help to manage and advocate for content design guidelines, style guides, and best practices to ensure consistency and quality across all our content outputs.

Team Coordination: Collaborate closely with content designers, UX designers, product managers, and developers to integrate content seamlessly into product experiences.

Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve our content design processes to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and scalability.

Compensation Range Transparency: SAP believes the value of pay transparency contributes towards an honest and supportive culture and is a significant step toward demonstrating SAP’s commitment to pay equity. SAP provides the annualized compensation range inclusive of base salary and variable incentive target for the career level applicable to the posted role. The targeted combined range for this position is 130500 - 268700(USD) USD. The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidate will be within that range, dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education, skills, experience, scope of the role, location, etc. as determined through the selection process. Any SAP variable incentive includes a targeted dollar amount and any actual payout amount is dependent on company and personal performance.
