WHAT YOU WILL DO

You will be part of the Business AI Regional Implementation Group (AI RIG)  and work with our customers to implement SAP Business Al solutions, helping them to improve their business results based on latest machine learning technology. In this role you work closely with our product management, marketing and development teams to achieve high value propositions with AI/ML technology in the daily work of our customers. You will be a representative for SAP Business Al on internal and external events and demonstrate our customers and teams the value of SAP Business Al solutions.

As a  Development Manager, you guide and steer customesr and internal teams to achieve state of the art AI/ML solutions. This position requires the ability to work and communicate in a dynamic, interdisciplinary, and intercultural team in an agile and efficient way. Besides your technical and management background you understand the sales cycle and

Drive the success of your team actively.

As a thought leader in AI/ML you appreciate the possibility for learning and personal development and therefore you keep track of the latest developments and share your knowledge actively with others. You will lead your to successful projects in the context of Machine Learning Technology.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING

• Degree in Mathematics, Physics, Computer Science, Data Science
• Several years relevant work experience
• Good Overview of AI/ML Trends and Technology
• Proven Record of successful customer projects and interaction
• Sales Oriented personality
• Can Do attitude
• Experience in implementation of AI/ML solutions and platforms
• Knowledge and experience in AI/ML Technologies like Generative Al and Programming Frameworks, like TensorFlow or scikit
• Programming Skills and Understanding, like ABAP, Java, Python, JavaScript, NodeJS, Jupyter Notebook, ABAP
• Database Knowledge
• Web and Cloud Computing Knowledge
• Ideally SAP technology and SAP system integration technology
• Fluency in English AND German (written and spoken language)

Compensation Range Transparency: SAP believes the value of pay transparency contributes towards an honest and supportive culture and is a significant step toward demonstrating SAP’s commitment to pay equity. SAP provides the annualized compensation range inclusive of base salary and variable incentive target for the career level applicable to the posted role. The targeted annual combined range for this position is 193400-420200USD. The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidate will be within that range, dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education, skills, experience, scope of the role, location, etc. as determined through the selection process. Any SAP variable incentive includes a targeted dollar amount and any actual payout amount is dependent on company and personal performance.
