TITLE: Global Partner Marketing – F&SM Global Partner Marketing Go-To-Market Lead

JOB OVERVIEW 

Join us in shaping the future of partner marketing at SAP! We’re looking for a Partner Marketer who thrives at the intersection of strategy, creativity, and data-driven execution. In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to design and launch high-impact, product-led campaigns that accelerate cloud adoption and drive measurable business outcomes. 

 

You’ll work across global stakeholder teams to craft integrated campaigns that generate high-quality leads for joint sales motions. RESPONSIBILITIES 

 

  • Strategic Planning & Alignment 

  • Build a comprehensive Partner Marketing Plan and secure alignment with internal executives and partner leads. 

  • Develop frameworks for partner integration across the customer journey to ensure an omnichannel, consistent market presence. 

  • Provide input to the global partner marketing campaign calendar for visibility and alignment of GTM efforts. 

  • Campaign Development & Performance 

  • Create a repeatable process for ideation, execution, and evaluation of digital campaigns rooted in performance metrics (pipeline growth, adoption, customer lifetime value). 

  • Design and own campaign performance dashboards and KPIs to enable partners in building sales pipeline. 

  • Drive marketing consistency among partners to ensure SAP brand and value proposition are accurately represented. 

  • Budget & Resource Management 

  • Lead the team budgeting process, ensuring adherence to targets and scaling best practices for investment optimization. 

  • Create a resource plan including operational decisions, recommended structure, processes, and tools to deliver against global partner marketing strategy. 

  • Innovation & Industry Insights 

  • Leverage industry best practices and external sources to analyze trends and influence partner go-to-market and cloud channel sales strategies. 

  • Scale partner marketing workshop strategies across teams to drive measurable pipeline impact. 

  • Enablement & Adoption 

  • Increase partner adoption of marketing enablement programs, including engagement with SAP training webinars and use of joint marketing assets. 

  • Partner with Integrated Marketing, Solution Marketing, and Regional teams to align messaging and content for global campaigns. 

QUALIFICATIONS 

  • Education: Undergraduate degree required; MBA or Master’s degree strongly preferred.  

  • Experience: 8+ years of relevant work experience in B2B marketing, partner marketing, or business planning, with a proven track record of driving measurable outcomes.  

  • Strategic Expertise: Deep understanding of integrated, omnichannel marketing strategies and digital marketing tactics, including campaign design, execution, and optimization.  

  • Leadership & Influence: Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives, influence senior stakeholders, and scale best practices globally.  

  • Analytical & Data-Driven: Strong analytical skills with experience using performance metrics to inform decisions and optimize campaigns.  

  • Project Management: Demonstrated success managing complex projects and budgets across multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.  

  • Communication Skills: Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills; ability to simplify complex concepts into compelling narratives and deliver with confidence.  

  • Growth Mindset: Proactive, results-oriented, and comfortable driving innovation and change; thrives in ambiguity and adapts quickly.  

  • Preferred: Experience in partner ecosystems, cloud adoption strategies, and marketing enablement programs.
