Position Overview
We’re looking for a talented, self-directed, positive, collaborative, and highly motivated Partner Marketing Manager, with strong digital and stakeholder management experience, to join our team. The Partner Marketing Manager, reporting to the Global Lead for Sales and Services Partner Marketing, will be a data-driven marketer who brings new ideas, focus, and dedication to the job every day.
As part of the Global Sales and Services Partner Marketing team within SAP Global Partner Marketing, the Partner Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies tailored to our Global Strategy Consultants and Tier 2 Global System Service Partners (GSSPs). This role will focus on driving partner engagement, enhancing partner capabilities, and maximizing joint marketing initiatives to deliver mutual business growth.
KEY RESPONSABILITIES AND TASKS:
Strategy & Planning
- Develop and implement comprehensive partner marketing strategies that align with company objectives and enhance the capabilities of global strategy consultants and tier 2 GSSPs.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for partner-driven growth.
Partner Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners, understanding their needs and aligning marketing initiatives accordingly.
- Collaborate with partners to create joint marketing programs that drive brand awareness and generate leads.
Program & Campaign Execution
- Identify relevant, targeted, customer centric, joint marketing initiatives for each Global Strategy Consultant Partner.
- Design and execute innovative, impactful, cost effective, and measurable programs and campaigns, tightly aligned to each partnership’s business objectives.
Campaign Management:
- Design and execute co-marketing campaigns, ensuring quality, timeliness, and measurable ROI.
- Monitor and report on campaign performance, utilizing data to refine strategies and achieve targeted outcomes.
Content Development:
- Oversee the creation of marketing materials, sales tools, and training resources to support partner onboarding and engagement.
- Ensure content is tailored to different partner segments and can effectively be localized for various regions.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with sales, product teams, and other stakeholders to optimize partner marketing efforts and facilitate smooth partner integrations.
- Lead internal communications regarding partner marketing initiatives.
Performance Analysis:
- Analyze key performance indicators and partner feedback to assess the effectiveness of marketing strategies and propose improvements.
- Prepare regular reports for executive leadership summarizing insights and strategic recommendations.
IS THIS YOU?
- Bachelor/ Master’s degree in Marketing or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of experience in Partner Marketing/Business Development.
- Excellent writing and communication skills.
- Strong digital footprint desired, knowledge of digital marketing a must.
- Number- and data-driven marketing mindset: analytical, detail oriented and data skills
- Experience in the High-Tech sector and B2B marketing know-how is preferred
- Strong people skills related to trust building, empowerment, motivation and team work

- Strategic thinker with excellent analytical skills and the ability to translate insights into actions.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, with experience in managing diverse stakeholder relationships.
- Strong project management skills, able to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in marketing software and analytics tools; knowledge of CRM systems is a plus.
- Multicultural awareness and experience working with international partners.

Compensation Range Transparency: SAP believes the value of pay transparency contributes towards an honest and supportive culture and is a significant step toward demonstrating SAP’s commitment to pay equity. SAP provides the annualized compensation range inclusive of base salary and variable incentive target for the career level applicable to the posted role. The targeted combined range for this position is 100,000-216,000 (USD)SAP North America Benefits.
USD. The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidate will be within that range, dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education, skills, experience, scope of the role, location, etc. as determined through the selection process. Any SAP variable incentive includes a targeted dollar amount and any actual payout amount is dependent on company and personal performance.
