What you’ll do:
Position title: SAP Concur iXp Intern – Global Value Program Content Manager
Location: Hybrid - Bellevue
Expected start date: January 2025
Duration: 6 -12 months
Working hours: full time - 40 hrs./week
You will be responsible for:
- Enhancing existing experiences to align with modern digital and web practices to drive engagement and awareness
- Create best practices and ensure consistency across all pages in look and feel, grammar, punctuation, brand alignment, graphics, etc
- Platform Management: Overseeing the complete content/communication technology ecosystem, including platforms, systems, tools, and SAP Build Workzone
- Assisting with coordinating and developing written and visual content for various communication platforms, including newsletters, websites, blogs, and social media
- Editing content for grammatical and stylistic consistency, as well as visual and brand uniformity
- Writing detailed documentation of internal processes
- Leveraging AI in tools, systems, applications to digitize where possible and increase efficiencies in process
- Design and develop visual assets in tools like Canva, edit videos in video editing software, input and layout digital courses on our website, and other content production support as needed
Business Impact:
As the Global Value Programs Content Manager, you will be key to the success of the Global Distribution teams. This consists of Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Solution Advisors, and Services teams. This role is vital for ensuring our content to be up to date, engaging, and uniform across all platforms. By managing our content systems effectively, creating appealing visuals and videos, and maintaining high standards in writing and editing, this position enables our Global Distribution team to easily deliver a professional, superior experience to our customers and to successfully support the top goals: generating pipeline, increasing profitable recurring revenue, improving customer retention, and boosting overall customer satisfaction.

We’re looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stay curious. You like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning.
- You are currently pursuing your studies at, or recently graduated from, a university with a preference for business-related fields marketing, web design, communications, or other related field
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Strong attention to detail, especially with grammar, usage, and spelling
- Strong storytelling and content organization abilities
- Proficient computer knowledge/skills (i.e., MS Office Suite such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with project management concepts and the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
- Proactive, flexible, and creative with excellent time management skills
- Understanding of the corporate world and experience with international virtual environments is a plus

The Global Value Programs team is part of the larger Value Experience Group which is global. We are three teams under an even larger group of Customer Value Advisory. We sit across the world, but the Value Programs team is spread through the United States. The global nature of the Value Programs team is that we work with all Distribution roles across the globe and get to interact with many cultures, styles and personalities. Our team members time with SAP ranges between 6 yrs. – 24 yrs. experience and come from diverse backgrounds.

Compensation Range Transparency: SAP believes the value of pay transparency contributes towards an honest and supportive culture and is a significant step toward demonstrating SAP’s commitment to pay equity. SAP provides the annualized compensation range inclusive of base salary and variable incentive target for the career level applicable to the posted role. The targeted combined range for this position is 15-62 USD. The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidate will be within that range, dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education, skills, experience, scope of the role, location, etc. as determined through the selection process. Any SAP variable incentive includes a targeted dollar amount and any actual payout amount is dependent on company and personal performance.
