The Market & Product Strategy and Analytics team at SAP Concur is responsible for providing analytical and strategic direction to the Travel & Expense Solutions division area at SAP.
Our team partners closely with Product, Market and Segment leaders across the T&E ecosystem to create alignment around Market opportunities, Product Priorities and Pricing Strategy with a solid framework that ensures optimal allocation of our R&D resources, maximum customer value and sustainable profitability.



Opportunity to dive into the intricacies of our Travel and Expense management suite of products and help us solve complex problems dealing with the overarching demand to grow our business with competing opportunities such us Emerging markets, Small Business, Public Sector, etc.

  • Partner with Strategic Product owners to assess key drivers of Product success, such as Profitability, LTV/CAC, Utilization and identify highest value opportunities to improve performance
  • Collaborate with Product, Market and Segment owners to build and evaluate business cases for new products, expanded features and market expansions
  • Maintain a standardized framework for assessing Product and Market and Segment entry and exit on a recurring basis  
  • Support TE Solutions Offer & Pricing Strategy including the monetization and packaging of SAP Concur offerings, that motivates buying decisions while maximizing customer value, growth and retention
  • Oversee the transition of SAP Concur offerings into the SAP Commercial ecosystem
  • Partner with Product and Segment owners to identify opportunities to use pricing to improve financial performance



  • 5 – 10 years of experience in a Commercial Strategy role, preferable at a software company
  • Bachelor’s on Business, Economics or Science field.  Master’s degree or equivalent experience highly preferred 
  • Excellent spoken and written communication as well as receptive listening skills, with the ability to present complex ideas in a clear, concise fashion 
  • Experience applying critical thinking, analytical and problem-solving skills toward identifying opportunities and decisions
  • Extensive experience with Microsoft products required (Excel, PowerPoint).  SQL and Tableau are a plus
