Summary & Role Description

In this role, you will be working in a cross-functional team who values trust, respect, and diversity.
We are looking for people who share our passion for creating products that people love to use. To
succeed in this role, you are someone who appreciates close collaboration, open communication, and
feedback.

We are part of the engineering department and therefore, responsible for the lifecycle of our
accelerators for SAP Signavio Process Intelligence. You will:

• build system- and process-specific data transformation scripts
• build pre-defined analysis dashboards for process improvement
• innovate along the user journey to accelerate the time-to-insights for our users

For this, you closely collaborate with customers, consulting and pre-sales teams, advising on best
practices and resolving challenges, and learn. You drive internal and external partnership
engagements from scope definition to continuous improvement, enabling and inspiring our partners to
deliver accelerators.

You work closely with product management and engineering to improve our process mining product.

Experience

• Process expertise in a relevant business process, e.g. logistics, supply chain, manufacturing
• Experience with data manipulation (SQL), data extraction, data analysis, visualization, and reporting
• Good understanding of Process Mining, preferably experience in implementing such solutions
• Understand the importance of certain topics to our customers, such as “Business Transformation”, “Continuous Process Improvement”, “Operational Excellence”, and particularly “Process Mining”
• Good understanding of enterprise systems, such as ERP, CRM
• Preferably experience working with development teams and in customer-facing roles
• Agile and customer-centric mindset
