The Role:
Our team is part of the "Engines, Recommendations & Insights" sub-product area. The team’s current mission is to leverage cutting-edge AI technologies to transform how customers interact with and understand their process data. Our primary focus is on developing a powerful search feature that utilizes AI to help users quickly find information and insights within complex data sets. Additionally, we are exploring how to apply AI to enhance our analysis and dashboards, making the results of our various analyses more intuitive and easier for customers to understand.
What you`ll do:
As an Associate Developer (f/m/d) you will
- work in a highly motivated agile development team according to Scrum
- take over responsibility for design, implementation, test and maintenance
- contribute to architecture and concept definition depending on your experience
- have the chance to continuously enhance your knowledge and keep up with the latest technology trends

What you bring:

Good to excellent bachelor’s or master’s degree in one of the following or related areas: Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Informatics, Mathematics, Engineering, Physics or Business Administration

A foundational knowledge of semantic HTML, CSS, and core JavaScript concepts

A foundational knowledge of core web and browser concepts
-
Experienced in writing automated tests (e.g. Jest, Cypress, etc.)

Experience of performance and optimization challenges and a proven ability to both diagnose and prevent them

Experienced in using Git in a professional/business environment

English language skills, both written and verbal
-
Ability to communicate clearly and concisely about complex technical, organizational and/or architectural challenges and propose iterative solutions

Motivation to work in an agile environment

Strong team player with cross-cultural awareness

Analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience in one the following technologies is a plus:
