What you'll build
We are looking for a creative, collaborative, and detail-oriented Brand & Marketing Designer to join the Brand Design & Video team at SAP LeanIX & SAP Signavio. In this role, you will help bring our brand to life across a wide range of touchpoints from global marketing campaigns and social media to events, website assets, and internal communications.
Key Responsibilities
Brand & Marketing Design
- Support the creation and execution of brand and marketing design assets, including campaign visuals, key visuals, landing pages, social media graphics, ads, infographics, and presentation materials
- Produce channel-optimized assets for paid, owned, and social channels (LinkedIn, YouTube, email, web banners, etc.)
- Adapt master brand concepts into various formats while ensuring brand consistency
Campaign & Project Support
- Work closely with a Senior Designer to support large-scale brand or marketing initiatives, including global product campaigns and cross-brand narratives
- Translate creative direction into high-quality design deliverables under guidance
- Manage multiple tasks and deadlines, working smoothly across stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
Event Design
- Help develop visual assets for virtual and in-person events—including booths, signage, presentations, digital screens, and promotional materials.
Collaboration & Process
- Collaborate with marketers, writers, video producers, and other designers to deliver cohesive, on-brand content
- Maintain and update brand guidelines, design libraries, and asset repositories
- Ensure file organization, delivery quality, and adherence to design standards
What you bring
Required
- 1–3+ years of experience in graphic design, brand design, marketing design, or a related field (agency or in-house)
- Strong portfolio showcasing brand systems, marketing assets, and digital-first design work
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) & Figma
- Good understanding of typography, layout, color, and visual hierarchy
- Ability to adapt quickly, take feedback well, and iterate effectively
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work collaboratively on cross-functional projects
Preferred
- Experience designing for B2B SaaS, technology, or enterprise brands
- Basic motion skills (After Effects, Premiere) or interest in learning motion design
- Experience designing for social media and paid performance channels
- Experience creating event and environmental assets
- Knowledge of AI tools
Soft Skills
- Collaborative mindset and comfort working closely with Senior & Motion Designers
- Curiosity, willingness to learn, and openness to creative direction
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain design decisions
- Proactive, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities
Where you belong
You will work closely with our Senior Designer and cross-functional stakeholders across Global Campaigns, Product Marketing, Field Marketing, Global Events, Digital to ensure a consistent, impactful visual presence across all channels.
Your set of application documents should contain a cover letter, a resume in table form, school leaving certificates, certificate of enrollment, current university transcript of records, copies of any academic degrees already earned, and if available, references from former employers (including internships). Please also describe your experience and skills in foreign languages and computer programs / programming languages.
