SAP Signavio Process Intelligence is recognized as a leader in the process mining market. We are expanding our leadership team to meet the needs of our fast-growing organization and customer base. Therefore, we are looking for an experienced design leader who will join the leadership team of the newly former Process Data Management organization as Principal Design Lead.  

The mission of the Process Data Management unit is to simplify the user experience and thereby reduce the time necessary for data ingestion and event log modeling.  

Expected Outcomes 

• Shape the UX vision of our process mining product and drive the execution in the Process Data Management area 

• Steer design processes and oversee their outcomes to ensure we continuously design desirable solutions that our users love 

• Level-up designers through mentoring and coaching to maximize the impact of our cross-functional engineering teams 

• Take ownership of design practices to keep raising the bar of what great design looks like on our organization 

• Collaborate closely with your peers from the management, development, and product functions to successfully deliver cross team initiatives throughout discovery and delivery phases 

Ideal Track Record 

• Passionate about complex data products  

• Authentic servant leader with the previous design leadership experience for B2B products 

• Experience in leading, coaching, and mentoring designers 

• Great stakeholder management skills and a proven track record of leading through influence 

• Ability to manage large projects in complex environments within time and budget 

• Thorough knowledge of UX methodologies & artefacts (wireframes, personas, flows). 

• Outstanding analytical and creative thinker  

• Process mining experience is a great plus 

• Experience with ETL, ELT as well as data modeling and transformation products is beneficial
