YOUR FUTURE ROLE

Are you a passionate Product Management Professional eager to drive innovation and transform businesses? SAP Signavio is searching for a dynamic individual to lead our cutting-edge Process Governance solution. Join our team and play an instrumental role in shaping the future of process transformation!

As a key member of our product management organization, you will work closely with our VP of Product and Suite product team to drive the vision and success of our Process Transformation Suite - a comprehensive platform empowering businesses to understand, improve, and transform their processes. Our Process Governance offering is an essential component of this suite, guiding customers through their process transformations.
We are looking for a team player who excels at navigating and aligning stakeholders, values effective communication, and appreciates the significance of feedback. In this role, you will take full ownership of delivering exceptional customer experiences at scale, while improving our integrated user flows and focusing on the short to long-term product vision.

What you'll do:
·     Define and lead product strategy and roadmap
·     Establish and monitor metrics for evaluating product success and customer productivity
·     Champion the value of the Suite across Product, Engineering, and Go-to-Market teams
·     Implement integrated user flows, methodology, and success metrics across Product & Engineering
·     Speak at events, conduct internal enablement activities, support trade shows, interact with customers/partners, and engage with analysts/media to refine product strategy and ensure customer success
·     Collaborate with marketing to develop core content and promotional materials
·     Manage backlog and work closely with fellow product managers and Engineering to drive functionality in Signavio products
·     Oversee all aspects of the product from vision to development and customer adoption
·     Serve as the go-to product expert for internal teams, executives, sales, marketing, customers, and partners

What you'll bring:
·     5-7 years of Product Management experience in a B2B product company
·     Complete product cycle expertise—from idea to commercialization success
·     Prior experience with BPM, workflow, or collaboration tools is a plus
·     Articulate storyteller and presenter
·     Excellent writing skills for presentations, white papers, solution papers, and case studies (in English)
·     Experience working with large enterprise customers
·     Ability to work in a matrix organization and lead initiatives across the company
·     Analytical, creative, and capable of starting from scratch
·     Self-directed and motivated
·     Graduate degree in computer science, engineering, business, or relevant field of study
·     Willingness to travel
