TechEd is SAP’s premier technology education event celebrating developers, engineers, and technologists – also in Hyperautomation and Low-Code/No-Code. Our Product Enablement & Communications team is looking for an intern (f/m/d) to support coordinating our activities for this year’s event.


What you’ll do:
Position title: SAP Marketing iXp Intern (f/m/d) - Event Communications for Low-Code/No-Code
Work Area: Marketing
Location: Berlin (remote work possible within Germany)
Expected start date: July 01, 2022


In this role, you’ll:

  • Support planning, organizing, and executing virtual TechEd 2022
  • Initiate cross-channel promotion of sessions, learning opportunities and product announcements around the event
  • Assist creating communication assets for community building such as newsletters, blog posts or social content
  • Align with relevant teams on session preparation, staffing and overall content strategy
  • Prepare weekly update and enablement sessions for internal stakeholders
  • Drive administrative tasks such as creating reports and PPT presentations
  • Work closely with communications, content leads and product management


Who you are:
You are a student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences. We’re looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stay curious. You like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning.

  • Preferred fields of study: Marketing, Communications, IT, Business Administration
  • Computer Skills: excellent knowledge of MS Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel), experience with video editing and design software is a plus
  • Language skills: fluent in English (written and verbal), German is a plus
  • Pro-active and self-dependent working style
  • Ability to plan, prioritize and organize work effectively and efficiently
  • Good communication and networking skills
  • Prior work experience in project and event management / internships in a related field

Note for Germany: currently the SAP Internship Experience Program is only open to interns and being hired into other contract types such as working students will preclude the candidate's participation in the program.
