About the team:


The Technology & Innovation (T&I) board area manages SAP´s overall platform, technology and innovation strategy. T&I drives the incubation of new ventures (SAP.iO), the development of innovative solutions, and the engineering of intelligent technologies (ML, AI, IoT, etc.) to build a fully integrated, extensible foundation for all SAP applications – the SAP Business Technology Platform (SAP BTP).  


As part of SAP Labs Berlin, the NVT Berlin Operations Team focuses on strengthening SAP´s position as an innovation driver and thought leader in the vast ecosystem of Berlin through various strategic and customer-centric projects and driving local employee engagement.

The SAP Experience Center is both a program and an environment that together provide the ultimate customer experience. Unforgettable end-to-end experiences are designed with meticulous attention to detail and focus on service to both impress and influence visitors to SAP. Key to the team’s charter is facilitating sales engagements with “service beyond expectation, experience beyond compare”.


What you’ll do:


Position title: SAP iXp Labs Berlin Intern (f/m/d) – Experience Center Berlin – Briefng Consultant

Work Area: Customer Service and Support
Location: Berlin

Expected start date: August 15, 2023


In this role, you’ll:


own the end-to-end visitor experience and is expected to:​

  • Maintain the master speaker matrix/database​
  • Coordinate site-specific tours and offerings to enhance briefing content​
  • Manage end-to-end logistics to ensure a seamless experience​
  • Provide high-level SAP story as part of the welcome experience​
  • Ability to be a storyteller for the Inspire Area in the Center​
  • Maintain relationships with local/preferred program partners for hotel accommodations, ground transportation, and off-site catering and entertainment​
  • Contribute to global Center initiatives that will continue to improve the program
  • Experience with organizing customer, partner and ecosystem events with 50+ participants
  • Fulfill other tasks as assigned


Who you are:


You are a student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences. We’re looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stays curious. You like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning.

  • You are an enrolled student in the advanced phase of a bachelor's degree program, or in a master's degree program with a focus on project management, communication, business administration, management
  • You have gained first practical experiences, preferably in sales and pre-sales roles, operations, project management and event management
  • You are fluent German and English
  • You feel confident in holding presentations in front of customers
  • You can break down complex problems and confidently manage multiple competing priorities in a dynamic work environment
  • Internship period: 6 months, full time availability starting August 15

Note for Germany: currently the SAP Internship Experience Program is only open to interns and being hired into other contract types such as working students will preclude the candidate's participation in the program.
