About the Team

With the market convergence of RPA, workflow management, process analytics and collaboration solutions, business process automation is entering a new era: The age of Hyperautomation.

Join our “BPI Tools” product Unit (Business Process Improvement) as a working student and support us on our journey to build the next generation platform enabling citizen developers to define and automate work processes with the power of "no-code".

Our teams are in Germany, India and USA and exemplify a start-up like, innovative and creative work environment.

 

The Role

We are looking for a committed and passionate working student (f/m/d) to support our Strategy and Operations Team with the following activities:

  • Help us grow: support with hiring and onboarding
  • Bring our internal communication to the next level: Team Communication and Knowledge Sharing
  • Support with administrative team tasks
  • Support in daily operations business and ad-hoc requests
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to collect and align operational data
  • Analyse collected information in Excel and other reporting tools
  • Provide data extracts, charts, and reports based on MS Office

 

Role Requirements

  • Student (f/m/d) at a university
  • Computer skills: Excellent knowledge of MS Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
  • Language skills: Fluent in English and German (written and verbal)
  • Working in an international environment
  • Pro-active and self-dependent working style
  • Good communication & networking skills
  • Trustworthy, high integrity, able to handle confidential information
  • Ability to plan, prioritize and organize work effectively and efficiently

 

Your set of application documents should contain a cover letter, a resume in table form, school leaving certificates, certificate of enrollment, current university transcript of records, copies of any academic degrees already earned, and if available, references from former employers (including internships). Please also describe your experience and skills in foreign languages and computer programs / programming languages.
