What you´ll build

In this role, you will be supporting the Security Product Management Team with a strong focus on Security Process Management, driving continuous improvement and innovation topics.

• You will support the team in establishing Business Process Management practices across the security organization.
• You will collaborate with various teams to collect information about their processes and support them along all steps of the process lifecycle (process identification, design, modelling, improvement etc.).
• You will create educational material to create awareness and enablement across the organization.
• You will work on small self-organized projects like the process mining proof of concepts/prototypes or other related projects based on your ideas.
• You will prepare internal communication (including PowerPoint, Emails, internal Wiki pages, SharePoint).
• You will learn internal SAP processes and build partnerships and a strong network.

What you bring 

• Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences
• Preferred fields of study:  Cybersecurity, Business Informatics, IT, Computer Science, Business Administration or equivalent.
• Required Skills:  Experience in Business Process Management (BPMN, process modelling practices, modelling tools, process mining etc.); and fundamental understanding of Cyber Security.
• Language skills: Very good written and verbal English is mandatory, German is a plus.
• Soft skills:  Self-driven, reliable and highly motivated team player with an open and flexible personality and willingness to learn.
• Other important skills/experience:  Experience in working with SAP Signavio is a plus, Experience in Cyber Security (e.g. understanding of NIST CSF or other frameworks, working with security tools, hackathons etc.) is a plus.
• Working from Berlin office is required for part of the weekly working hours.

SAP Global Security & Cloud Compliance’s mission is to manage security and compliance risks for SAP. Office of the Chief Security Officer (CSO) team is responsible to give strong support to SAP’s CSO, to integrate security processes, owning SAP’s security solution portfolio and drives cross Security Initiative across SAP.

The Security Product Management plays a crucial part in shaping the security solution strategy on a global scale as well as works closely with our customers, partners, and development units to ensure effective collaboration.

Your set of application documents should contain a cover letter, a resume in table form, school leaving certificates, certificate of enrollment, current university transcript of records, copies of any academic degrees already earned, and if available, references from former employers (including internships). Please also describe your experience and skills in foreign languages and computer programs / programming languages.
