Building on SAP's intelligent enterprise strategy it is the mission of Business Process Intelligence to assist our customers in navigating through their digital transformation, help them understand and improve their business processes in a data-driven way. THE ROLE


We as BPI Cross functions team (COO function) provide the backbone for a seamless, efficient operations and strategy execution across the Business Process Intelligence unit.  
We are looking for someone who takes initiative, is motivated, curious to learn and is committed to the role with high personal expectations to work efficiently in a rapidly changing environment. 

As our new team member, you will be primarily working on the strategic goal setting methodology “OKRs” (Objectives and Key Results) with the BPI OKR Coaches to drive clarity, alignment and focus in the whole BPI organization.

  • You will learn the OKR methodology on the job to contribute to the overall program success
  • You will contribute to project management tasks and learn how to manage a program in close alignment with the leadership team (timeline maintenance, tooling support for the execution of OKRs, follow-ups and monitoring)
  • You will contribute to workshops (coordination, preparation of workshop materials, facilitation support and follow-ups) and have the chance to grow your facilitation skills 
  • You will visualize the strategy and turn information into graphically appealing PowerPoints/Murals
  • You will have the opportunity to voice your ideas and influence decision making

ROLE REQUIREMENTS

 

  • Currently enrolled (min. 1 year of university left) Student at a university or university of applied sciences with preferred field(s) of study: Business Administration, Media Design, International Communication, Change Management and/or Org Development
  • Computer skills: proficient in MS Office (especially PowerPoint for visualizing content), Mural expertise is a plus
  • Language skills: excellent communicator – verbal and written (fluency in business English & German skills are required)

Skills/Competencies:

  • Must be able to work as a team player, while having the ability to work independently
  • Able to work in international, dynamic, virtual teams
  • Must possess exceptional interpersonal and communication skills including verbal, written presentation, and listening
  • Self-confidence and charisma to facilitate workshops
  • Well organized and structured, project management experience is a plus
