What you'll do

 

You will be supporting our Digital Sales Development Department with specific and innovative services coordinated by an experienced Leader who will take care of your successful ramp-up, learning, coaching and team-up with the Working Student Team within our #digitalhubfamily
 
Your diverse tasks will include in detail:

  • Integration into innovative projects to drive innovations and content for social selling
  • Performance of analysis and target group research based on latest tools
  • Setup of campaigns and sequences in digital platforms, e.g., SAP CX, Outreach, etc.
  • Story Telling, video production and blogging
  • Creation of materials for the positioning of SAP software solutions
  • Content development and maintenance of platforms (SAP JAM, MS SharePoint)
  • Support of reporting and operations projects based on SAP Analytics and MS Excel

What you bring

 

  • Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences 
  • Preferred field(s) of study: business administration, finance and controlling, marketing and sales, social media, web design, computer science, communication, business informatics, psychology, media, design or related subjects
  • Languages: German and fluent English skills are a must
  • Interests and affinity for IT solutions, innovation and business digitization
  • Analytical skills and the ability to grasp and work with complex concepts
  • Being familiar with social media tools and digital platforms (for example XING, LinkedIn, Mural, Video Platforms)
  • Willingness to give presentations in front of internal and external customers
  • Experience with Microsoft products such as Excel, PowerPoint or SharePoint
  • Experience or interest in video cutting and further innovative content tools
  • Good communication, networking skills and character of a team player
  • Creativity, motivation as well as ability to work in a structured independent way
  • Responsibility and ability to drive topics with open mind and focused on results

 

Meet your team


The Digital Sales Development Organization (SDE Team) is a core function of the MEE Digital Hub, which strives for a higher sales pipeline with a simultaneous increase of the sales opportunity quality. The team is a key part of the regional COO organization and is responsible for serving midsize companies, new customers and startups attraction. The department is working cross-regional with activities in Germany, Switzerland, Austria, Central and Eastern Europe countries. SDEs are working closely with marketing and sales in den Demand Funnel by using all available digital and social selling tools and techniques. Digital Hub is a front-runner in fully digital sales process creation, and we are used to work with students and young talents based on high diversity factor within our #digitalhubfamily.

 

Your set of application documents should contain a cover letter, a resume in table form, school leaving certificates, certificate of enrollment, current university transcript of records, copies of any academic degrees already earned, and if available, references from former employers (including internships). Please also describe your experience and skills in foreign languages and computer programs / programming languages.
