What you’ll do:

 

Position title: Customer Reference Activation Associate – Next Gen

Location: Bogota, Colombia

Contract: Temporary

Duration: 6 months up to 2 years

As a Customer Reference Activation Associate for SAP Signavio and SAP LeanIX, you will be at the heart of our customer advocacy strategy within two of SAP’s most innovative business units. Your mission is to amplify the success of customers using SAP Signavio’s Business Process Transformation Suite and SAP LeanIX’s Enterprise Architecture Management solutions. You will turn their transformation stories into powerful marketing assets and enable them to share their experiences at key IT and industry events. This role is essential in showcasing how SAP helps organizations optimize processes, accelerate digital transformation, and manage complex IT landscapes. 

 

Key responsibilities will be:

 

  • Recruit and Engage Customer Advocates: Identify and nurture strategic customer relationships within the SAP Signavio and SAP LeanIX client base to secure participation in reference activities. 
  • Create Impactful Content: Develop compelling case studies, video testimonials, and success stories highlighting process transformation and enterprise architecture initiatives. 
  • Enable Thought Leadership: Coordinate customer speaking opportunities at SAP events, industry conferences, and webinars focused on business process management, enterprise architecture, and IT strategy. 
  • Drive Program Excellence: Manage the end-to-end reference process, ensuring compliance with SAP guidelines and delivering a positive experience for customers. 
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams in SAP Signavio and SAP LeanIX to align reference activities with business priorities. 
  • Measure and Optimize: Track program performance and continuously improve processes to maximize impact. 

 

What you bring

Education and Experience:

  • Must be a recent graduate from a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field
  • Advanced degree or relevant certifications in marketing or customer advocacy are a plus
  • 1-2 years in customer advocacy, marketing communications, or related customer facing roles within the technology sector

 

 Requirements and Competencies:

  • Proven ability to build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and project management skills
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and marketing automation tools is an advantage
  • Knowledge of business process managemententerprise architecture, or digital transformation topics is highly desirable
  • Knowledge in creating marketing content and coordinating customer participation in public forums
  • Advanced English
