PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES

 

The Premium Hub Center of Expertise, part of the CS&D organization, specializes in delivering both remote and onsite services for international customers. Our mission, guided by the Premium Engagement portfolio, is to help customers fully realize their SAP solutions potential with optimal total cost of ownership (TCO) and effectively manage technical risks during implementation and operation.

 

At the core of our operations is the Virtual Project Room (VPR), which drives and enhances the Premium Engagement delivery process. The VPR focuses on the latest portfolio offerings, supporting their evolution and ensuring the development of comprehensive PE contract proposals for new services. We play a critical role in strengthening our Premium Engagement (PE) methodology across CS&D, leveraging custom-tailored planning and a seamless end-to-end delivery process to deliver high-quality outcomes. This approach fosters a unique and valuable customer experience, reinforcing our commitment to excellence.

 

EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS

 

  • Conduct Service Scoping Reviews: Ensure each incoming delivery request aligns with its intended goals by verifying service types, deliverables, required skills, and time estimates against the premium engagement portfolio and delivery standards.

 

  • Manage Service Requests and Orders: Assist the Premium Engagement Front Office with change management and issue resolution for service requests and orders.

 

  • Facilitate Solutioning and Service Plan Reviews: Organize and lead meetings with technical experts to develop accurate proposals that meet customer needs.

 

  • Provide CRM System Support: Assist colleagues with questions and issues related to the CRM system.

 

  • Generate Premium Engagement Statistics: Use SAP Analytics Cloud to produce detailed statistics and reports on premium engagement activities.

 

  • Collaborate with Virtual Project Room Teams: Work closely with regional and global teams to ensure cohesive project execution and communication.

 

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS/ SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

 

  • University degree “in progress” or completed
  • Excellent analytical skills with a flair for the very detail
  • Proven excellent communication skills in English (spoken, written and reading).
  • Effective problem-solving skills to achieve customer satisfaction
  • Strong team player who learns and adapts quickly in an international environment
  • Flair for continuous self-improvement
  • Proven planning & organizing skills
  • Very high customer orientation
  • Advanced Microsoft office Skills (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word)

Language Skills

English – Fluent in both spoken and written English (Mandatory)

Portuguese – Good and effective in spoken (Optional)
