ROLE DESCRIPTION:
For our Premium Engagement Services area, we are looking for Early Talent Associate Technical Quality Manager (TQM).
Our Premium Engagement Services cover topics related to operation and the adoption of digital innovation in SAP Business Suite. Based on a strong organization and network and a sound understanding of the customer situation we provide advice and drive the delivery of relevant premium engagement services to pro-actively prevent or to resolve critical situations. Our methodology is to engage efficiently with our customers. The objective of the methodology is to holistically understand customer’s situation, and jointly defined an action plan and its benefits to improve customers’ operations and safeguard their implementation projects.
Position title: TQM Support Associate Early Career Talent
Location: Bogotá, Colombia
Duration: Temporary up to 2 years
EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS:
- Support engagement quality and execution of Premium Engagement services, including presentations, resource staffing, contract management, and services delivery.
- Co-operates with the Premium Engagement management on service delivery forecast accuracy and accomplish financial KPIs.
- Contribute on the process of TQM resource planning and allocation according to productivity and availability.
- Support the TQM team in the accomplish of metrics and relevant KPIs.
- Takes the full responsibility for the quality of the delivered tasks and is accountable for the success of Premium Engagements KPIs.
- Support the team to carry out timely service planning.
- Continuous monitoring of contract’s expiration and renewal process.
- Support the team on the Delivery of Onsite & Remote services.
WORK EXPERIENCE:
- Working experience in the area is a plus; but must not exceed 2 years of experience
EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATION / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:
- Must be a recent University graduate or maximum of 2 years from Graduation
- Open to various educational backgrounds; Technical careers preferred
- Executes different type of delivery activities
- Project Management skills
- Team lead skills
- English: Fluent
