Young Professional, CE&X LAC Operations Support

ROLE DESCRIPTION
As a Young Professional you will be providing support to the Customer Engagement & Experience (CE&X) Team in Latin America North. This may include activities such as renewal forecasting, support some partners process within CE&X, redefine and support invoicing process for key accounts. These roles may complete transactions within a specialized area and may interact with the Legal, Finance, GPO and GCO Sales to achieve desired results.

 

EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS
Reporting and Analysis

  • Review, gather and identify key business metrics and standards that keep a pulse on our business.
  • Prepare quarterly Market Units business operations review
  • Prepare bi-weekly adoption and consumption review.

Process support

  • Participate in redefinition of termination process.
  • Support direct and indirect termination process.
  • Participate in redefinition of pre-invoicing process.
  • Support pre-invoicing process for large enterprise in north MU.

CE&X Tools

  • Prepare reports to support operations on Totango, Harmony, ERP, Cloud Reporting, EAS.
  • Support CE&X tools training

Communication

  • Gather relevant info from the Market Units and create a newsletter to showcase it

 

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATION / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

  • Must be a recent graduate
  • Must have less than 2 years of working experience
  • Autonomy, “can-do” attitude,
  • Advanced MS Office skills: Excel
  • Ability to analyze and interpret data
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Working in virtual teams
  • Challenger who brings new ideas to the teams
  • Willingness to learn and improve
  • Team spirit contribution
