What you'll do
Support Regional Sales Controllers in their business partnering role, managing the full controlling portfolio from topline revenue to headcount and expenses. This role requires close collaboration with regional CFOs.
Deliver standard reporting and continuously enhance the reporting package to accommodate organizational changes and newly defined KPIs.
Support orchestration of key processes like budget, forecast, quarterly closing, and LE (latest estimate) in close collaboration with BAC (Market Unit) organization and global board area controller.
Develop and own models related to controlling processes like budget, forecast and reporting.
Drive and assist projects and workstreams on behalf of the Specialized Controlling Team.
What you bring
University degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Admin., preferably with experience or a major in Controlling.
Demonstrate strong financial and analytical skills with a focus on problem-solving.
Strong sense of prioritization, results and execution focused and the ability to understand complex frameworks.
Self-managed working style with high level of customer orientation.
Team player with the ability to work effectively in international teams and communicate both in person and through virtual channels.
Fluent in English, with additional languages being an advantage.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Office products.
Previous internship/working student in Controlling and/or experience in SAP Controlling tools is a plus.
