What you’ll do:

• Build strong relationships with Hiring Managers to determine hiring needs and support them closely during the hiring process.
• Understand the end-to-end hiring cycle on a detailed process level for France.
• Manage phases of the recruiting process such as pre-screening, interviews, selecting candidates, offer process, and contract handling.
• Communicate with candidates during the selection process to ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Ensure cooperation with different internal and external stakeholders during the hiring process such as universities/schools, OPCO, immigration vendors, etc.
• Work closely and coordinate with other HR teams and cross-functional teams.
• Participate in other ad-hoc projects.

What you bring:

• Minimum of two years of working experience in an international environment.
• 2-3 years of experience in recruiting or a background in HR is required.

Education and Qualification / Skills and Competencies:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
• Fluent in English and French.
• Effective communication skills.
• Professional, customer-oriented attitude.
• Strong, results-driven mindset.
• Ability to work on multiple tasks with specific deadlines.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Attention to detail, quality-focused.
• Working experience with MS Office.
• Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting product is an advantage.

Our team is located in four different locations, supporting the hiring mainly of student positions such as internships and apprenticeships within the EMEA region. Apart from our team cooperation, we are in daily touch with other HR teams, hiring managers, and candidates. We are in the driver’s seat, giving students the unique opportunity to join SAP and start their careers with us.

Salary Range: Starting from €20,160 gross per year, depending on your experience and what you bring to the role.

Compensation Range Transparency: SAP believes the value of pay transparency contributes towards an honest and supportive culture and is a significant step toward demonstrating SAP’s commitment to pay equity. SAP provides the hourly base salary rate range applicable for the posted role.
