Management Support Specialist / Assistant for BDC&I Heads

What you`ll do 

Summary:

The SAP BDC&I leadership team seeks an assistant. The assistant will work to support two leaders of the BDC& organization, the Head of BDC&I Foundation Services and the Head of Insight Apps.

 

The Role:

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Managing calendars, prioritize and scheduling meetings, and handling travel arrangements in a highly flexible work environment across time zones.
  • Supporting communication and correspondence on behalf of the executive.
  • Collaborating across teams.
  • Work closely with the Chief of Staff of the assigned leaders to proactively and continuously prioritize tasks, meetings, and deliverables and actively find opportunities to optimize the executive’s time and focus
  • Coordinate with other assistants across stakeholders and BDC&I teams to schedule regular cadences including deep dive workshops, offsite meetings, etc.
  • Manage workflows, purchase orders, reporting tasks for the executive and administrative office duties
  • Set up leadership meetings or all-employee meetings and provide follow-ups
  • Organize travel arrangements, manage travel expense claims, handle the inbox, and handle meeting logistics
     

What you bring 

Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.

  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize effectively.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in office tools (e.g. Microsoft Office Suite, scheduling software).
  • High level of discretion and professionalism in handling sensitive information.
  • A proactive mindset with continuous learning, problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to work in a global environment across multiple locations and time zones
