Meet your team
The Globalization Services organization is currently looking for a Developer for the GS Brno team. We are well-established team responsible for development of the incoming and outgoing mapping tools, both for Cloud and for On-premise customers. Our tools are being used for localization of Payment Formats (e.g., SEPA payments) by many companies around the World.

To know more, check out how your future teammate Marek describes our product: "When a company sends out many different payments, they are obviously not entered one by one manually. Instead, such company provides the bank with information about these payments in a file that must comply with certain format. Different banks in different countries use different payment formats, therefore companies need a configuration application to generate such compliant files from the SAP system. That’s all possible with the outgoing mapping tool that we provide to our customers. We also work on the configuration of files that are sent to these companies from different financial institutions. That’s the incoming part of our tools. The point of these "incoming files" is for the application to automatically parse and load the information into the SAP systems."

We are looking for candidates already having an experience with working environment in application development. We will provide you with full training and the support of an experienced colleague. We will help you to adapt to SAP environment and technologies. At the same time, you will have a chance to apply your gained experience and knowledge.

What you´ll do

• Development in the SAP environment – ABAP, Fiori UI5, SAP Business Technology Platform in foreseeable future
• Deep collaboration with your teammates on development and refinement of upcoming requirements.
• Cooperation with colleagues locally and worldwide.
• Continuous learning of SAP products, the architecture, and principles of how they are built.
• Work in well-established scrum team either from home or from the office located in Brno.

What you bring

• You should have 2+ years of experience in application development.
• You should be good at programming in any of the current programming languages.
• You should be self-driven with the ambition to learn new things.  
• You should be a team player.
• You should be able to communicate in English.
• Being familiar with Agile Engineering Practices is a plus. Also is a plus having an experience in a scrum master role.
