Summary:

The Product Associate for SAP’s Finance Asset Accounting will play a pivotal role in leveraging advanced technologies within our SAP S/4HANA Finance and Risk portfolio, specifically focusing on Asset Accounting. As the demand for asset accounting solutions in our customer base and strategic development initiatives grows, the integration and implementation of cutting-edge features in this area are crucial for optimized asset accounting.

Key investment topics in this role include defining and driving asset accounting-specific functionalities, improving business processes through intelligent data analysis, and optimizing asset accounting performance. By employing state-of-the-art technologies, the role aims to bring innovation and sophistication to our Asset Accounting landscape.

We are looking for Product Associate to join our S/4HANA FIN&RISK Product Management team to support these topics. The successful candidate will facilitate discussions and roll-in with both internal stakeholders and external customers, analysing technical architectures, business processes, and requirements.

 

The Role:

We invite a passionate and highly experienced Product Associate to lead pivotal enhancements and product capabilities within S/4HANA solutions related to Asset Accounting:

  • Driving feature integration and defining use cases to optimize asset accounting.
  • Enhancing asset accounting functionalities through advanced analytics and machine learning.
  • Translating customer needs into actionable product features and capabilities.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams

 

The Product Associate will transform market requirements and customer feedback into detailed product features. Day-to-day tasks include defining product requirements, structuring the product backlog for accessibility by development teams, and empowering regional representatives with necessary tools, demos, and training materials for effective rollout of enhancements.

 

Role Requirements:

  • Ability to take ownership of customer problems and turn them into product solutions from concept through to requirements, design, and delivery
  • Engage with customers and other stakeholders at all stages of the product lifecycle to ensure we are solving the right problems and building products our customers need
  • Proven track record of building a product vision and then leading the execution of the vision by detailing roadmap and scoping in a particular product/solution area
  • Experience in working in the functional domain of asset management
  • Problem-solving and analytical skills, including the ability to gather data, structure hypotheses, and develop synthesized findings/recommendation.
  • Good verbal communication presentation skills
