As a Product Expert in the SAP S/4HANA Cloud Customer Care team you will be closely working with our customers/partners to safeguard implementation projects and to achieve a successful go-live. You will be the binding element between the customer

projects and stakeholders such as S/4HANA Cloud Product Management, Development and the Partner organization.


You will gain in-depth product knowledge and experience from strategic customer projects. As the voice of the customer you will become a key contributor to an improved implementation experience of our customers and to the success of S/4HANA Cloud.

  • Be responsible for assigned customers and become a trusted advisor
  • Due to your technical background you are able to complement S/4HANA Cloud end-to-end processes (system configuration, extensibility, interfaces, localizations) 
  • Bring the customer’s perspective into multiple SAP stakeholders: Help to influence the S/4HANA Cloud Product
  • Develop a Product thinking mindset: Being an ambassador for new technologies and innovation


Experience/Role requirements:

  • Very good to excellent university master degree in information technology, computer science or a related subject 
  • Technical background, e.g. related to integration between S/4HANA Cloud and other products. Experience in S/4HANA Cloud system configuration, extensibility and coding skills.
  • Ideally first experience in supporting (Cloud) customer projects
  • Passionate about Cloud
  • Very good communication and problem solving skills
  • Ability to work in a dynamic project environment
  • Willingness to acquire extensive product knowledge and learn new skills at short notice
  • English fluent speaker
  • 5+ years of professional working experience
