Meet your team
The S/4HANA Cloud Customer Care Team is the trusted advisor for all active implementation projects with a Global footprint together in four regions (EMEA/MEE, Asia/Pacific/Japan, Greater China and Americas).


What you´ll do
As a Product Expert in the SAP S/4HANA Cloud Customer Care team you will be closely working with our customers/partners and SAP Product Engineering. 

  • Safeguarding implementation projects to achieve a successful go-live and identifying patterns to drive improvements of our Software as a Service offering are the key activities. 
  • You will be the binding element between the customer projects and stakeholders such as S/4HANA Cloud Product Management, Development and the Partner organization. 
  • You will gain in-depth product knowledge and experience from strategic customer projects and Early Adopter activities for key product innovations. 
  • Support customers/partners and become a trusted advisor: Safeguard the implementation projects, manage the relationship, and foster a cloud-mindset
  • Closely work with a variety of stakeholders on Early Adopter programms
  • Identify patterns and bring the customer’s perspective into multiple SAP stakeholders: Influence the S/4HANA Cloud Product and SAP Activate roadmap


What you bring

  • University master degree in information technology, computer science, business administration or a related subject 
  • Preferred LoB expertise in Logistics/Manufacturing
  • Experience in driving (Cloud) customer projects and applying SAP Activate implementation methodology
  • Very good analytical and problem solving skills
  • Very good communication, facilitation and networking skills 
  • SAP ERP and S/4HANA expertise is a plus
  • Willingness to acquire extensive product knowledge
  • English fluent speaker
  • 2+ years of professional working experience
